Dieting is more specified as the best way to lose weight. Dieting is which a person restricts themselves from eating to lose weight. Simply said as skipping meals. Many people misunderstood the definition of diet and do it wrongly. By restricting oneself to eat small amounts of food in order to lose weight is likewise punishing your hunger; yourself. I personally don’t agree dieting is the most effective way to lose weight.

The term β€œI am on a diet” is always sounds good and cool. However, it drastically harms us within without ourselves realising it. Biologically, dieting can lead to an unhealthy changes in body composition, hormonal changes and lower resting energy. For the vast majority of people, diets do not result in sustained weight loss. In fact, individuals who diet will actually regain more weight than they lose. Also, by eliminating nutritious foods from the diet as meat and mushrooms, can turn out to a certain vitamin deficiencies.Β 

Despite this fact, you will slow down your metabolism when your body lose certain nutritious food that you are supposed to eat. An excessive dietary it can lead to is losing your hair since you loss some vitamins. Losing hair is based on each person’s hormones reactivity towards diet. I remembered my aunt stopped exercising at park when she wanted to try dieting. And when she was on diet for months, instead of losing weight, she gained more weight.

Instead of dieting, there are many other methods to lose weight. One of the healthiest way is exercising. Exercise boosts our energy. It burns extra calories and increases our metabolic rate. Besides that, we must never skip our breakfast and by having a quite heavy breakfast is great. Another effective way is by limiting our intake of added sugar and oily foods. Last but not least, avoid processed foods as they contain high amounts of fat and salt.

Though diet doesn’t fit me, yet at least diet works for less than 30 percent. I Β prefer reduce eating oily, fried foods and snacks and eat many nutritious food. An apple a day keeps the doctor away, after all. I also exercise to keep me fit as a fiddle.
